What this site is, and is not
betting-on-traffic.com ("the site", "we") is an independent information resource about betting on live road traffic, a format developed by 155 Media Studios and distributed through the aggregator Hub88. The site is operated by its editorial team and can be reached at editors@betting-on-traffic.com.
The site is not a gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, open accounts, hold funds, process payments or settle bets. We are not affiliated with 155 Media Studios, Hub88 or any operator, and nothing here is published on their behalf. Any bet you place is placed with an operator under that operator's own terms. The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age where you are; whether online betting is available in your country is a matter of local law and the operator's restrictions, and you are responsible for checking it.
No warranty on third-party data
Figures on the site, including the 90.00–92.16 % return band for Rush Hour, round lengths, launch dates and operator availability, are taken from third-party sources: the studio's pages and documentation, industry publications and operator lobbies. We check them on the schedule described on the sources and updates page and print the date of the last check.
Those sources can change without notice to us. We therefore provide all content "as is" and make no warranty, express or implied, that any figure is accurate, complete or current when you read it. Confirm a figure at the operator or the studio before relying on it. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or betting advice, and no page describes a way to predict a round or obtain a return above the published band.
Affiliate links
Links and buttons that lead to an operator, including "Open a live feed" and "Watch a live round", are affiliate links. If you follow one and later register or play, the operator may pay us a commission. It is paid by the operator and does not change the odds, limits, terms or prices you receive.
The commission is the site's sole income. It does not influence which figures we publish; we do not rank operators, publish promo codes or accept sponsored content. We are not a party to any contract between you and an operator and cannot intervene in disputes about accounts, payments or settled bets.
Your use of the site
You may read, link to and quote the site for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. The text, illustrations and interface mock-ups are our own work unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced in bulk or presented as your own; game names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only. You agree not to use the site to circumvent an operator's restrictions, limits or self-exclusion, or to place a bet on behalf of anyone under 18. If you contact us, we may use what you send to correct the site; we do not publish your name or email address.
Limitation of liability, and changes to these terms
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its editorial team are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any bet you place with an operator, including losses caused by an out-of-date figure, a change in an operator's terms or availability, or an interruption of the site. Gambling carries a risk of loss: the published return band of 90.00–92.16 % means money staked on the format is expected, over time, to be lost at 7.84 to 10.00 units per 100.
We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page; the date in the introduction moves when we do, and continued use means you accept it. Risk note. Betting on traffic is entertainment, not income. The published return band of 90.00–92.16 % means that over many rounds the operator keeps 8–10 % of everything staked, and with about 65 rounds an hour those rounds add up fast.
