Privacy policy
We run an information site with no accounts, no payments and no newsletter. The data we touch is the minimum needed to serve pages, measure visits and route affiliate clicks. Last updated 21 August 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller for personal data processed through betting-on-traffic.com is the site's editorial team, reachable at editors@betting-on-traffic.com. This policy covers the site only: once you follow a link to an operator or to 155 Media Studios, their policy applies, and it will differ from ours because they verify identity, hold balances and process payments. The site is for adults aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and delete it if we learn we hold it.
What we process, and why
Server logs. When your browser requests a page, our hosting records the IP address, time, page, referring address and user-agent string. We use the logs to keep the site running, detect abuse and diagnose errors, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure site. Logs are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address as long as needed to deal with it. We do not add you to any list, because we do not run one.
Analytics. We measure page views and reading behaviour in aggregate. We do not build profiles of individual visitors and do not sell or rent data to anyone. We do not collect names, dates of birth, payment details or identity documents; those are handled by the operator you choose.
Cookies and analytics
The site itself sets no cookies that identify you. The interface, the demo counter and the live clocks run in your browser and store nothing about you, so no consent banner is needed.
For visit measurement we may use a privacy-focused analytics or session-replay tool that records how pages are used in aggregate: which pages are read, how far readers scroll, where taps land. Such a tool is configured to truncate IP addresses, mask typed text and avoid cross-site tracking; if it needs a cookie, that cookie is first-party and used only for measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time and the site will keep working.
How affiliate links are tracked
Buttons such as "Open a live feed" pass through a redirect on our domain before reaching the operator. The redirect records that a click happened and which of our pages it came from, so the operator can attribute a later registration to this site. It carries no personal data from us: we do not know who you are and append no IP address, email or identifier. What the operator collects once you arrive is governed by its own privacy policy. From operators we receive only aggregate statistics about registrations and commission, never your name, account details, deposits or betting history.
Retention, your rights and changes
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Email is kept while a query is open and, where it led to a correction, for as long as the corrected page exists. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive a portable copy, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Write to editors@betting-on-traffic.com from the address the data relates to; we answer within 30 days, free of charge. Because we hold so little, the usual answer is that there is nothing on file beyond your own email.
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change; the new version is published here and the date in the introduction moves with it. Our terms of use cover everything else.
Risk note. Betting on traffic is entertainment, not income. The published return band of 90.00–92.16 % means that over many rounds the operator keeps 8–10 % of everything staked, and with about 65 rounds an hour those rounds add up fast. Set a deposit and a time limit before you open a feed, never chase a count, and read our responsible gambling page. Help is free at BeGambleAware.org.
