One address for corrections, factual queries and source requests: editors@betting-on-traffic.com. We answer within five working days.

What to put in the email

The fastest way to get a correction made is to give us three things: the address of the page, the sentence or figure you think is wrong, and the source you are relying on. A link to the studio's game page or to an operator lobby is ideal. If the correction is accepted, we change the text, update the check date on that page and reply to tell you so.

Factual queries about the format are welcome too: what counts as a vehicle, why the return is a band rather than one number, which operators carry the game on a given date. We will point you to the page that answers it or, if nothing on the site does, we will consider writing it.

We cannot help with anything that belongs to an operator: account access, deposits, withdrawals, settled bets or limit settings. We do not hold balances or see your account. Write to the operator's own support channel for those, and use the limit tools described on our responsible gambling page before you play again.

What we do not send

We do not send promo codes, bonus offers or referral codes by email, and we do not sell advertising or sponsored placements. If you represent a studio or an operator and a figure about your product is wrong, use the same address with a link to the primary source; we correct facts, we do not publish press releases. The editorial rules we apply are on the about page and the sources and updates page.

Risk note. Betting on traffic is entertainment, not income. The published return band of 90.00–92.16 % means that over many rounds the operator keeps 8–10 % of everything staked, and with about 65 rounds an hour those rounds add up fast. Set a deposit and a time limit before you open a feed, never chase a count, and read our responsible gambling page. Help is free at BeGambleAware.org.
